Digital Key Purchases
Refunds are available before a key is revealed or redeemed. After key delivery and reveal, refunds are only issued for confirmed technical defects or duplicate key errors.
Refund Request Window
Submit refund requests within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@gamesoft.store with your order number and issue details.
